Ferdinand (Fred) DeBerardinis

Mr. DeBerardinis is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the Federal Court, Southern District of Florida. Mr. DeBerardinis was educated in New York at Fordham University and Brooklyn Law School and admitted to the practice of law in New York in 1982 and in Florida in 1988.

Michelle Reichler

Ms. Reichler is member of the Florida Bar and the Federal Court, Southern and Middle Districts. She is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville and of the Shepard Broad Law School of Nova Southeastern University. She has been admitted to the practice of law in the State Bar of Florida since 2002.

Timothy Peterson

Mr. Peterson is a legal assistant who has been employed at the firm for six years. His experience in administering guardianship files makes him an indispensable asset. Mr. Peterson hails from Cleveland, Ohio.
